Our physical therapists uses state of the art 3D scanning software to record and measure your movement patterns in order to make better decisions about your specific needs and help determine your individualized treatment plan.
The software uses 3D sensor technology to create a digital avatar of your body performing a series of basic movements. The infrared camera is safe and the scan takes just 10-15 minutes. Calculations are performed by the system and provide objective measurements and a detailed report of your posture, balance, and quality of movement. The scan results identify any existing or potential movement-related problems and can help our therapists predict your future injuries.
Follow-up scans are performed over the course of your treatment to help show progress and refocus your treatments.

“For the first time, we can track changes in posture and movement with efficiency and accuracy.”

-Jazmin Lopez, PT, DPT, NCPT, former competitive gymnast with chronic back and neck pain makes progress in one treatment with targeted Neurac suspension therapy based on her 3D Movement Scan assessment.

How to Prepare for a Scan

The sensor needs to see the shape of your body to accurately measure your movement.

  1. Wear tight non-reflective training clothes
  2. Bare feet
  3. Hair up in a bun behind the head
